**Community Legal Officer


Salary:
circa £30,000 per annum


2 Permanent rolesavailable**The main purpose of this role is to participate and contribute to a small team of specialist officers in the management of anti-social behaviour and housing fraud cases.


The role will involve the effective and efficient management of all anti-social behaviour cases and fraud in line with FCHO policy, from initial complaint to the management of any court orders or actions, including committal proceedings including attendanceat court.


To provide specialist advice and support to colleagues throughout the business to prevent anti-social behaviour and other significant breaches of tenancy agreements, undertaking investigations into allegations of anti-social behaviour and social housingfraud and liaising and building relationships with relevant agencies.
