Parts Advisor to join our team based in Toyota Preston. In return you will receive a competitive salary of
upto £23,616 per annum including OTE** plus excellent benefits

Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do, and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Parts Advisor to join our team at Vantage Toyota Preston.

About the Role

In this customer facing role you will plan and co-ordinate the dealerships Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes and margins.

You will build a rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face to face in order to gain a good understanding of the customers needs and be able to guide them towards the product that will best meet their needs and requirements.

You will order parts on behalfof the Service team and maintain the agreed stock and accessory levels alongwith completing all relevant administration such as customer records andinvoicing.

To be considered for this roleyou must have previous motor industry experience.

To be successful in this roleyou will:

Be of smart appearance,confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion fordelivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Have the ability to build along lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding oftheir needs in order to guide them towards the product they require.
Have gained experience instock ordering and stock intake in a similar customer facing role.
You must hold a full clean UKDriving Licence.
