Description
This is a exciting Sales ledger role, no two days are the same.

This role requires a lot of business partnering and speaking to a variety of stakeholders across the business to deal with customer queries.

So if your curious and have a high attention to detailthis is the job for you.


Client Details
The client is a large manufacture close to Swansea. They are based close to the M4 and they also have free parking on site.

The site is also easily accessible from Carmarthen & Port Talbot You will part of small, close knit and fun finance team.


Description
As a Sales Ledger Clerk you would be

  • Produce Sales Invoices.
  • Assist the sales department with releasing orders and advance invoices.
  • Customer Account Reconciliations.
  • Credit Control.
  • Posting and allocation of invoices, credit notes and receipts on our ERP system.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation process.
  • Assist customers with account queries.
  • Adhoc analysis as and when the business requires.

Profile

  • Have worked on the Sales Ledger previously
  • Ideally have worked with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Sage or highly manual systems
  • Have manufacturing, construction or high volume invoicing experience

Job Offer
- £22,000-£24,000 per annum

  • Plus Holiday and Pension
