RME Consultants are looking a Temporary Finance Assistant to join our well-respected, fast-growing client in Banbury.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START ON 8TH NOVEMBER.

Role:
Temporary
Finance Assistant

Hourly Rate:
£ £14.00 per hour

Contract:
Temporary, Full time (Monday to Friday)

Location:
Banbury, Oxfordshire

Main duties for Temporary Finance Assistant:

Daily invoice processing:

Daily receipt processing:

-
Handling sales and purchase ledger queries:

Supplier account set up and reconciliations:

-
Providing timely and accurate updates on creditor spend for the weekly cash flow, highlighting any risks concerns or variances:

Review creditors ledger on a weekly basis and assist with month end creditor reconciliations highlighting any issues to the Finance Manager:

-
Where required assist with bank payment/direct debit postings and assist the wider Finance Team with the year end & audit process:

Provide ad-hoc financial support to the Finance Manager and Project Accountant as required

Experience required for Temporary Finance Assistant:

Previous Finance experience:
