With significant growth opportunities they are now looking to recruita Head of Finance to develop a best in class finance function.

The Role

Working alongside the Managing Director, as a key member of the leadership team, you will lead the development of long-term financial strategies, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis and communications to theleadership team and other key stakeholders.

Whilst leading and inspiring a small finance team, you will need to demonstrate the conceptual vision to think strategically about the financial and commercial requirements of the business for the future.

As a qualified accountant you will ideally have had experience of working at a senior level in an SME environment and have a track record of success working in a high-growth and fluid business.

Displaying a breadth of commercial knowledge and thinking you willhave the ability to drive the strategic direction of the business and possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, along with being an amazing people and culture leader.
