Business Development Executive - Marlow - Hybrid
**£45,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE - £65,000+**IT Sales experience is essential.


I am currently recruiting for a well-known, IT Security specialist within the security and network industry who are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to join their team based in Marlow.


I am looking to speak with Business Development Executive/Managers with 2+ years of experience with the drive to identify and engage with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities for the full portfolio of services.

Based in their Marlow office with hybrid working options as well

The business has a core focus around:

  • Enterprise Security
  • Identity Access Management
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Vulnerability Management & SIEM
They provide world-class solutions and advice on enterprise security, staff awareness training, testing and monitoring across EMEA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build a regular pipeline of new business to maintain and increase current growth
  • New business development
  • Identify and understanding IT Security requirements
  • Pipeline development and management
  • Closing sales
  • Aftersales and account management

Required skills:


  • 2+ years experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Preferably experience in the IT industry or at least able to understand technology
  • Targetdriven and personable, with a vibrant, energetic personality
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • A cando attitude, and eager and quick to learn
  • Confident in your own ability
  • Confident in discussing technical products with customers
  • A zest for new business generation
  • Ability to quickly develop strong business relationships
