Job Details
Purpose:
To develop a strong understanding of Kantar Marketplace and the executional aspects of delivering a project through it.
Develop the skills and knowledge required of this role, with the view to be an indispensable support to the Client Service Team.
Know Your Specialism - Contributes to the Project Co-ordination team in delivering best practice project execution in KAP for our clients to ensure timely delivery; Create, build, and launch projects in KAP; Project creation; Inputs collation and management; Management of custom questions; Quota build and target setting; Sample specification defined and managed; Script checks; Fieldwork launch; Dashboard and outputs review; Executes the quick turn project in KAP with precision and highest quality standards; SPOC for D&I for all Executional aspects of their KAP projects; Contributes to project review process; Develops confidence in KMP project execution; Looks for efficiencies within the day to day running of projects in KAPClient Leadership:
Participates in defining client requirements to translate into research and execution; Asks the right questions to secure clarity on client briefs; Leads conversations with other team members, where needed and keeps in mind the Statement of Work
Commercial Leadership:
Contributes to commercial success by supporting the team in executing end to end quick turn project delivery in KAP vs SoW to agreed client, time, quality, budget targets; Supports day to day financial processes for the wider Domain where relevant

Background:
Kantar has a programme called Evaluate, designed specifically for Google, to measure the effectiveness of their planned advertising and help advise on ways to improve and optimise it.
The UK team currently run this programme in three key markets; UK, Germany, and France, and it has potential to grow into other markets.
Purpose:
To develop a strong understanding of the Google account, and specifically the executional aspects of setting up and delivering an Evaluate project.
Develop the skills and knowledge required of this role, with the view to be an indispensable support to the Client Service Team and the client.
Know Your Specialism:
Contributes to the Google account in delivering best practice project execution for our client to ensure timely delivery; Working with Kantar's offshore research team and the client to execute and deliver projects: Project creation; Inputs collation and management; Management of custom questions; Sample specification defined and managed; Script checks; Fieldwork launch; Dashboard and outputs review; Daily point of contact for the client service team for all executional aspects of their Google projects; Contributes to project review process; Looks for efficiencies within the day to day running of projects
Client Leadership:
Be first point of contact - Confirming project costs and timelines; Participates in defining client requirements to translate into research and execution; Asks the right questions to secure clarity on client briefs; Leads conversations with other team members, where needed and keeps in mind the Statement of Work
Commercial Leadership:
Contributes to commercial success by supporting the team in executing end to end quick turn project delivery vs statement of work to agreed, time, quality, budget targets; Supports day to day financial processes for the wider team where relevant
