Role summary:


This critical role for the local NHS Trust provides on-site customer support for the Trust Managers and NHSP Bank Workers (Doctors) ensuring all contact with Doctors Direct is quick, simple and helpful.

Both the Trust Managers and Bank Doctors will look to the on-site Doctors Trust Services Team for support and will expect expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution to any enquiry.


The aim of the Doctors on-site team is to facilitate filling Bank shifts whilst ensuring the Bank Doctors requirements are also met.

Key to success in this role is to establish strong working relationships with both the Trust Managers and Bank Doctors alike, prioritising pro-active tasks, supporting with process or service issues with the end goal of fulfilling the needs of both the Trust and our Doctors


Responsibilities:


The primary responsibilities of this role are:

  • Develop and maintain strong organisational knowledge of both NHSP/ Doctors Direct and the local NHS Trust including contractual obligations and agreed performance metrics.
  • Identify, establish and build relationships with key NHSP central service teams that are responsible for the remote delivery of service to Trust and Bank Doctors.
  • Deliver and promote the high standards of NHSP to existing and potential Bank Doctors, acting as a Doctors Direct ambassador.
  • Support with the Recruitment of Bank Doctors who have applied to join the Trust Bank
  • Provide regular reporting as per Trust requirements and analyse the recruitment data available to look at patterns / trends and subsequently work with the teams to reduce agency spend and strengthen the use of NHSP Bank Doctors.
  • Connect and establish ongoing relationships with Key Trust Personnel
  • Document and record outcomes of discussions and create action logs to ensure we are consistently evolving operational performance for each Trust Directorate.

This role will operate as a hybrid working pattern (Approx.
3 days onsite and 2 days remote dependant on needs of the business
)
To be successful in this post you will need:

  • B2B client management/account management experience is essential
  • ideally from the recruitment or healthcare sector but other sectors also applicable
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of internal and external enquiries and conflicting priorities
  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively in writing, face to face and over the telephone with a variety of Stakeholders
  • Ability to work on own initiative, within defined parameters, to manage time and workload effectively, prioritising conflicting demands
  • Awareness and curiosity of problem solving, exploring the route cause to allow for service improvements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Resourceful and solution focused
  • Flexible approach to changing business needs
