Description

We are a mid sized Nursing home looking for an experience admin to join our team on a part time basis.

The role will be 3 days per week to support the management team.


Role:


  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in both physical and computerized systems.
  • Payroll
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles.
