At Global 32, we strive to deliver comprehensive and professional services in sales, lettings, and property management service to buyers, sellers, landlord and as well as tenants.


Responsibilities:


  • Qualifying new tenant applicants.
  • Arranging viewings and appointments.
  • Providing regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
  • Negotiating new tenancies.
  • Obtaining regular client feedback and testimonials.
  • Helping build up our lettings brand and creating business.
  • Assisting the property management team on an adhoc basis.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as an lettings Estate Agent
  • A positive person, can work multitask, under pressure
  • Be selfmotivated
  • Skills in negotiation and persuasion
  • A confident and outgoing manner

Job Type:
Part-time
