The role
We are searching for an experienced Senior Creative Coordinator to join our head office team based in Manchester.


Reporting directly to our Creative Director, this is an exciting role which focuses on driving the direction, execution and look of all brand communications and visual assets as well as developing and organising unique and exciting shoots and concepts.

The role will include overseeing and developing key aspects of the brand vision, ensuring all creative teams are aligned, all digital platforms and maintained and developed to brand standard and that all customer touch points are on point.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day line management of some creative team members.


Key responsibilities:


Creative & Production:


  • Assisting the Creative Director in developing concepts and organising weekly and monthly creative shoots, including SS & AW campaigns, ecom, and social shoots in the UK and internationally, ensuring the expectation and deliverables are clearly communicated and met consistently by the team.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of shoots sourcing new talent for both social, ecom and campaign shoots, negotiating rates and deliverables with freelance models and creatives worldwide (including photographers, content creators, set designers and production). Also responsible for shoot logistics.
  • Manage shoot duties (if and when required) including sourcing sets, including props & equipment, set designers, developing set ideas, shoot coordination, contracts and call sheets, styling direction, writing up briefs and ensuring the team are clear on the objectives.
  • Source models for ecommerce and creative shoots, organising regular castings with agencies or direct.
  • Manage the asset workflow priority selection of images and videos post shoot and direction to retouching teams or external editors to manage postproduction within agreed time frames, including sign off on final edits for both images and video.
  • Managing the annual creative budgets and feeding back to the team with costings and cost savings for all creative elements.
  • A strong understanding of all products ensuring the USP's are highlighted creatively.
  • Content analysis review what worked and what didn't with actionable insights.

General:

Regular and weekly updates and sign-off of all brand assets across all ecommerce platforms, apps and external sites. Constantly developing and streamlining these processes.


Day-to-day management of creative team members ensuring workflows, KPIS and quality are met and reporting back to the Creative Director on a regular basis.

  • Assist in the recruitment and mentorship of junior team members as we onboard.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills (both verbal & written) & interpersonal skills and an ability to direct all creatives on set where required.
  • Selfmotivated and can drive collaborative success.
  • Encourage collaborative behaviours and flourish when working with highly creative and productive teams in all environments.
  • Able to display autonomy and confidence within the team by ensuring all projects are tracked, communicated, and running efficiently.
