Commercial Account Handler

The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their team

They are a company that provides their staff with personal and professional development opportunities

The Role:

You will ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio on a day to day basis by being the first point of contact for day to day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources

The Required Skills:

Previous experience within Commercial insurance, in a broking role

Ideally some progression towards the CII exams but if not, full support will be provided

Customer orientated and the ability to work well in a team

Strong IT, Communication, Rapport building and negotiation skills and phone manner
