Customer Care Coordinator
Reports to Operations Manager

Hellens Residential is a privately owned company providing affordable homes across the North of England.

We develop our own new build houses, flats and bungalows which are made available for affordable rent, shared ownership lease and shared equity sale.

The Role
Must hold a full driving licence with access to own transport.

Must be willing to travel (often alone) around the North of England.

Must be dressed tidily and appropriately to visit site and customers and wear branded workwear where applicable.
PPE will be provided for sites under construction.

The Customer Care Coordinator will support the delivery of our high-quality housing management service.

They will work closely alongside in-house support teams and key stakeholders to ensure that Hellens Residential provides a sensitive and responsive service to tenants.

They will work with management to ensure that Hellens Residential complies with legislation and good practice in providing housing for vulnerable people.

Due to the small nature of the Company the role will offer more autonomy and variety than comparable positions, alongside a stimulating and challenging work environment.


Key Duties will include:


  • A strong telephone manner; taking calls and messages
  • General office administration including post management inbound and outbound
  • Property liaison including with house builders during construction of new homes
  • Manage the transfer of new units into our property portfolio
  • Condition survey of new homes
  • Liaise with customers regarding repairs, booking appointments and service followup
  • Liaise with inhouse maintenance team to arrange repairs
  • Arrange routine property checks including gas and electric checks
  • Management of all allocations and lettings to ensure void times are mínimal
  • Updating our website with new properties
  • End of tenancy process including arranging all appointments and point of contact for tenant

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
