Description
We are looking for an experienced Interim Business Analyst for our client, a West Midlands local authority.

You will work with their customers, frontline staff and stakeholders to redesign a wide range of services to achieve improved user experiences andoutcomes.

The role will be working with the SEND Team therefore a working knowledge of an Educational department would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone with the ability to analyse and understand business needs to be able to develop clear and accurate specifications to ensure that redesigned processes and systems fully meet business requirements.

Key Skills and Experience Required
" Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express the complexity of them in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Ability to take the initiative, be assertive and think strategically.
" Ability to deliver quality in a fast-paced environment.
" Aptitude for multi-tasking, working to emerging & tight timelines.
" Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
" Facilitation and interview skills.
" Capable of prioritising and managing own workload.
" Quality focus and attention to detail.

It will be a mix of on-line working and working in the offices in Warwickshire therefore the ability to travel is a must.

Required for 6 months - Day rate circa £550
