At its core, Inivos is a specialist medical technology business developing, manufacturing, and supplying products and services to enable hospitals and healthcare facilities to reduce the risk of infection.

What are we looking for in this position?
This medical device manufacturer is set for incredible growth in the coming years.

The head of operations will be reporting into the Managing Director as member of the senior leadership team, your role will cover all aspects of meeting customer demand for products and services; including internal & external manufacturing requirements; the logistics function, supplier management and customerservice.


What will you do?

  • Proactively engage with customers, aligned to the internal account priorities to ensure their needs are met to provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Drive regular communication and feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop an operations team of ~20 employees with 4 direct reports providing coaching, guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous development.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise the endtoend supply chain, manufacturing and service processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Lead crossfunctional projects to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency and operating costs.
  • Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the 'overview and context of the organisation' document.

What will you need to have and do?

  • Proficient IT Skills including ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel)
