Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 basic salary; OTE of £27,000 paid quarterly based on delivery of key KPI's.
Basic scope and Primary objectives

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Admissions Sales Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting graduates with our sought-after teaching assistant and teacher training programmes offered by Tes Institute.

As an Admissions Sales Advisor, you'll take charge of driving sales leads and conversions while working independently to meet specific targets for revenue and lead conversion, contributing to the global growth of Tes Institute.

Your main focus will be on establishing effective communication channels, both outbound and inbound, to guide prospective learners towards the most suitable training programmes and securing their commitment.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential learners through various channels, tailoring recommendations and encouraging them to enroll in our programmes.
  • Consistently meet objectives and KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, revenue, and personal productivity.
  • Ensure that your time is efficiently allocated to engaging with new potential learners.
  • Deliver topnotch sales service to guarantee a positive experience for all learners, aligned with our commitment to high satisfaction scores.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure a seamless journey for our applicants.
  • Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling while championing the Tes brand and its products.
  • Show genuine enthusiasm for our offerings and effectively convey this passion to potential learners.
Education and experience requirements

  • A selfmotivated individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is driven by targets.
  • Someone who can approach opportunities with a consultative mindset, aiming to convert leads into sales.
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding defined KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills are a must.
