We are looking for a
Buildings Caretaker based in Hyde to start working ASAP for a leading facilities Management company.

Being responsible for opening the building, activating/ deactivating the security alarms and the opening and closing of the gates.
The replenishing and ordering of cleaning supplies such as toilet roll, soap, paper towels etc.
Carrying out both planned and adhoc cleaning duties throughout the premises.
Undertaking minor maintenance tasks.
Complying with the policies and procedures relating to the child protection, H&S, data protection and equal opportunities.

The client is looking for an organised individual who is well presented and has a welcoming nature to start this position ASAP.

The hours of this job will be
:Monday - Friday 6.00am am (20 hours per week)

Pay rate:
Hourly pay rate of £10.00 on a PAYE basis with additional holiday pay accrued on top.
