Somerset Counselling Centre(SCC) has an exciting opportunity for a post qualified counsellor to join our team as a Clinical Services Co-ordinator.
The position is initially for 3 months to cover leave and the new year peak period.
This is a key role for SCC, that principally provides clinical and administrative support on behalf of SCC & Somerset County Council in their project 'By Your Side' - supporting victims of domestic violence.
We are seeking to engage an individual, or individuals, who possess a natural drive and desire to help those most in need across our county and in our community.
We offer a collaborative setting where you will receive welcoming support from a strong management and administration team, as well as your peers.
As part of our team you will be in an environment where you are encouraged to develop and grow your skills - we want the very best for you and our clients - so offer free monthly supervision for the By Your Side work.
You would also have the opportunity to work for us in our generic practice for the initial 3-month period and beyond.
To support personal development and skills, we provide our team with CPD from highly qualified and reputable facilitators, and you will be offered low cost room hire, here at Apsley House in Taunton for private caseloads.

FTE £28,000 - £32,000, depending on skills and experience
