As an Account Manager you will be responsible for identifying new revenue, generating opportunities, preserving excellent client relationships and delivering a high-quality experience for clients.
Client Details
Our client is a leading specialist within hospitality and event manager and have play hosted to some of the biggest events held in Liverpool.
They are now looking to expand their team with an Account Manager in their Liverpool based office on a hybrid basis.
Description
As an Account Manager, you will be:
- Identifying new revenue generating opportunities
- Maintaining excellent client relationships
- Manage ad hoc sales and contracts to ensure that contractual documentation between the client is raised, monitored and returned signed in a timely manner
- Undertake business development and relevant market research to support the development of our clients Hospitality offering
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Experience within Account Management
- Motivated, driven, outgoing and resilient
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- A strong customer focus
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
