Tersus Consultancy, in the midst of rapid expansion, is eagerly recruiting Trainee Asbestos Surveyors in Birmingham area.

As a trainee surveyor, you will undergo extensive on the job training working alongside our experienced surveying staff on a wide variety of building types mainly within the commercial sector.

Whilst assisting our surveyors, you will learn the methodology for investigating building fabrics and how to identify and sample potential asbestos containing materials.

Following a training period of between months and once you have demonstrated the required skills and aptitude, you will be put forward for the BOHS P402 exam.

Once you have passed this qualfication you will be authorised to work in the field on client projects.

What will you be doing?

Provide topclass surveying services, ensuring clear and accurate site notes
Meet report deadlines and maintain technical accuracy
Collaborate with management and scheduling teams for productivity
Attend regular training and social events
Participate in operational team meetings for shared learning
Work with auditing and quality teams to ensure exceptional service and maintain accreditation
