Description
Providing a second line of defence by supporting the MLRO in the execution of their oversight duties, by providing specialist advisory services to, and project oversight of, specific initiatives within the Financial Crime change portfolio across the bank
You will be

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for specific Financial Crime capabilities within change programs across the bank on all Financial Crime matters (AML, CTF, ABC, Sanctions and Tax Evasion), including advising projects on how to interpret and implementFinancial Crime Policies and Standards.
  • Executing 2LOD approval of relevant design and delivery artefacts.
  • Representing the team on key committees such as project working groups.
  • Executing the MLRO's oversight responsibilities through independent validation of project milestone delivery and working across the 2LOD
  • Updating the Head of Financial Crime Change Oversight on the progress of work being performed and any issues identified on a timely basis
What you'll bring.

  • Experience of working in Oversight across different aspects of financial services.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory framework of UK and EU financial services, industry trends and best practice.
