Our Home Instead
Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services including:

  • Companionship
  • Home help
  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Specialised care
  • Assisting with shopping and hobbies
  • Assisting on days out

Qualifications:


No experience necessary We offer Award Winning training which is comprised of a mixture of e-learning from home and in-house workshops.

Leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed.

Additional Information


Home Instead Will Offer You:

Excellent rate of pay £11.20 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.20 per hour Saturday & Sunday.
Double pay on bank holidays

Mileage contribution of 30p per mile and support with tax relief top up.

Flexible hours **we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs
  • Evenings, alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits works perfectly for our client schedules

Minimum 1-hour calls with your own regular matched clients

Time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit

Once you've successfully completed your training, you'll be carefully matched to your clients and asked to visit them in their own homes.

Your role is to help them feel as comfortable as possible, support them with anything from shopping and cooking meals, to personal hygiene assistance, companionship and social company.

It's really important to be able to build up trust with the client you're visiting so that they feel comfortable with you.

We treat our clients and Care Professionals with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion.
