ResolveFlex Recruitment is currently collaborating with an NHS Trust in London to recruit a Care Assistant for an initial temporary ongoing role.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can take on the responsibilities of a key person, plan activities according to children's interests, and support team members effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with medication reminders and administration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
Skills:
- Ability to provide personal care assistance to individuals with varying needs
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
- Understanding of proper hygiene practices for infection control
- Ability to lift and move clients with mobility limitations
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently
The Care Assistant will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as maintain confidentiality in all client matters.

£13.50-£15.50 per hour
