Job location:
This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the EMEA region.


About the team:


What you will do:


  • Develop and maintain strategic training programs and initiatives that support all roles across the Kinaxis sales organization (AEs, BDRs, BCs and IPs, Sales Management) as well as VAR/Channel sales
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize key enablement initiatives for deployment across the global sales team
  • Develop and manage rolespecific onboarding paths that decrease ramp time of new hires
  • Support the development and delivery of ongoing sales skills and knowledge training to ensure sales teams are using the best strategy, skills, and tools at the right time
  • Work with Product Management to build productrelated sales enablement to drive sales success
  • Identify and track KPIs and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness and business impact of sales enablement programs and initiatives
  • Identify and engage vendors as needed to develop and deliver enablement programs
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of Kinaxis' annual Sales Kick Off (SKO) event

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, enablement/sales training, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Energetic, selfmotivated individual, highly driven to produce results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and customer relationship skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, best practices
  • Strong calendar management and organization skills
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
  • Fluency in English language is required, other languages a bonus

Desirable skills and competencies:


  • Expertise working with enablement/LMS platforms
  • Experience building sales competency models
  • Expertise with global field and partner organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and innovation
  • Direct role in organizing, managing, or deploying annual sales kickoff meetings
  • You're selfmotivated, no external push required
