Care Assistant
A Care Assistant is required by a friendly and compassionate premium home care service in the Gedling Borough area of Nottingham, as they have a fantastic new vacancy available with flexible working hours and great rates of pay
Joy2care are a family run business, this started in 2013. Their skilled team provide personalised care and assistance at their own home to the elderly in the community. They individually tailor their services through care plans to cater for specific needs.

They always aim to bring a unique, personalised and expert care to the domiciliary care they provide to their customers.


Responsibilities and Duties of the Job
As a care assistant, you will be looking after vulnerable adults in the community.

This is a hugely rewarding role for the right person, offering flexible hours and great benefits while having the chance to make a real difference to people's lives.


Ideal Care Assistant will have:


  • Caring, kind, enthusiastic and emphatic
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life for vulnerable adults
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Hold or be willing to undertake a DBS check
  • Willing to perform personal care tasks
  • The passion to provide an excellent standard of care
  • Preferably some experience as a support worker or knowledge of the care sector
  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • Ability to be flexible in line with our various available shift patterns

Experience:


  • A caring experience and an understanding of the needs of the adults they care for

Licence/Certification:


  • Driver's Licence (preferred) and walkers
