Salary:
£18,000 to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Previous administration experience within a Financial Services business
- Some knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
- Be customer focused, with a proven background in delivering excellent customer service
- Possess excellent numeracy skills, with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Selfmotivation, be highly organised and have good problemsolving capabilities
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Keen to study and develop a career in Financial Services
Benefits:
Hours: 35 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
Pension:
Employer 4% contribution, Employee 5% minimum contribution
Life Assurance: 1 x gross annual salary
Discretionary Bonus:
Up to 10%

Ongoing development programme with financial assistance towards study materials and course fees, with salary reward

As part of their ongoing growth, a successful Chartered firm in Wearside, have a great opportunity for you to provide quality administrative support, to the Independent Financial Advisers.
The business offers comprehensive financial planning to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients and prides itself on its ethical advice and personal service.
Working as part of a team, you'll be supported to:- Manage adviser diaries and prepare review paperwork for client meetings
- Complete actions and administration following client meetings
- Prepare and process new business
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Planning Reports
- Ensure that customer administration is carried out in accordance with compliance and regulatory obligations
- Keep up to date with financial products and legislation, demonstrating continual learning and development
- Complete other administrative duties, as required
Qualifications:
Advantageous, however not essential
The desire to study and achieve industry qualifications, is essential
