Newly qualified ACA / Finance Manager

About the company
Very highly capitalised start-up / portfolio company of a property focused private equity company / hedge fund.
About the opportunity:
- Ownership of the preparation of the group's monthly management accounts and finance section of the board pack.
- Ownership of annual liaison with external auditors / preparation of the group's statutory accounts
- Ownership of quarterly bank covenant reporting
- Supervision of small team to help with above
- Ownership of monthly equity & debt drawdown processes (liaison with external / internal project monitors, liaison with private equity owners & preparation of capex cashflow forecasts
- Ownership of monthly payment process (head office & group payroll, OPEX & CAPEX payments)
- Ownership of monthly sales invoicing process and accounts receivable monitoring
- Supervision of small team to help with above
- Work with the Finance Director preparing cashflow forecasts & presentation materials to assist in debt raises
- Work with the Finance Director responding to information request from banks during debt raise processes
About you:
- Kind person
- Newly qualified ACA (preferably with a big four background)
- Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
- Someone who will treat the business as if it were their own / do whatever is required (timewise) to get tasks done
