Starting Salary:
£61,911 - £66,829 dependent on skills & experience + an annual bonus of up to £4k.

Working Pattern:
Days (37.5 hours per week)

Location:

West Cumbria or Warrington - Flexible working and agile working available.

  • You will also have responsibility for a small team of 57 buyers

About Commercial at Sellafield:
Join a Multi-Award Winning Supply Chain Management Team Delivering a Breadth of Requirements Covering Billions of External Spend.

The Supply Chain Function at Sellafield Ltd is responsible for the full commercial lifecycle delivery of circa £1.

8bn supply chain spend for annum across a breadth of categories found in very few organisations including:


  • Construction
  • Manufacturing
  • Plant and Equipment
  • Research and Development and
  • Site Operations.


Through working with our business partners and the supply chain we collectively make a significant contribution to the delivery of the Sellafield Ltd mission.


Sellafield Ltd has won several national and international awards in our commercial delivery to showcase the high standards we work towards that are recognised as good practice.


  • Ideally established with demonstrable experience in an indirect procurement lead role
  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience in commercial /contract management
  • Extensive experience working in procurement/supply covering a broad range of products and services
  • Proven leadership and management experience
