Description
Aim:
To deliver honest, warm, knowledgeable and friendly service to restaurant guests. Demonstrate a strong understanding of food and drink knowledge and communicate with ease to team members and guests. Demonstrate strong self-awareness and willingness to learn and develop skill sets.
Key responsibilities:
- Work in and out of a section in an efficient and friendly manner
- Coordinate the turning of tables with the team of hosts and managers
- Prepare waiters stations pre and post service
- Attend Daily Menu & Service Briefings
- Run a section, knowing all guest orders, requests and status
- Intuitively read guests and react in appropriate way
- Communicate guest feedback to managers to help support personal development
- Handle guest complaints in accordance to The Silver Birch processes and procedures
- Cutlery polish and stock control
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
