Finance Administrator - High Wycombe

£21,000 - £24, days holiday + pension + health-care + bens

2 days in the office, 3 days at home (modern offices, free parking and very close to all public transport routes)
Are you seeking a busy, and varied and interesting role for the new year, and are able to offer some recent UK experience - maybe either from working in a finance department, or customer service department or maybe have worked in an administrator role?Thisrole


This Finance Administrator role is very varied and you will be supporting an experienced Finance team, who are based at the Head Office in High Wycombe, for this well known market leader.

You will report to the Finance Supervisor, and you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Resolving any queries, and requesting invoices to be re-sent to the client
  • Resending out of invoices and statements to the customer if needed
  • Supporting the wider finance team with any reports
  • Attending finance meetings regularly via Teams or face to face) to resolve any queries and also to receive ongoing training in the role
  • Adhoc projects
  • Able to offer recent finance admin or customer services skills
  • Team focused, adaptable and who are team players
  • Strong business administration skills
  • Be confident with Excel and Word and Databases
  • Well organised and have an excellent attention to detail
