We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luggage Porter to join our prestigious 5-star hotel team.As a Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to guests with their luggage and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our hotel.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage handling and transportation to their designated rooms.
- Ensure accurate tagging and recording of luggage, maintaining proper security and confidentiality.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services along the way.
- Offer assistance with unpacking and arranging guests' belongings, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide thorough explanations of room features and technology, offering assistance with any inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate and deliver guests' luggage to and from their rooms promptly and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in luggage storage areas, ensuring proper organization and security.
- Collaborate closely with the front desk and concierge team to ensure smooth checkin and checkout processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance, adhering to the hotel's grooming and uniform standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests.
Requirement
- Must have a driving licence
- Must have a security licence
- 6 months to 1 year experience
