Responsibilities:

  • Assist members of the public with queries
  • Conduct regular patrols to detect any suspicious activities
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus
  • Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies

Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£11.68 per hour
