MANAGERIAL - GREENKEEPER 28 FEBRUARY 2023


Erewash Valley is a superbly manicured championship golf course with wonderful tree lined fairways, enchanting views and numerous water hazards. It represents an exciting challenge, whatever your level of expertise. Set in 165 acres of prime parkland, this charming and delightful course endowed with character and featuring the world renowned 'Quarry Holes' is a golfing experience not to be missed.

Erewash Valley is a member's owned club run for the members by the members.


HEAD GREENKEEPER - ESSENTIAL:


  • Level
  • PA1, PA2, PA6 Spraying Certificates
  • Course Management or Deputy, 3 years
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Experience Managing Health & Safety Systems
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Experience in Managing Department Budgets
  • Flexible around Working Hours
  • Strong Communication Skills

DESIRABLE:


  • Chainsaw Qualification
  • Golfer to a good standard
  • Good knowledge of Legislation RE. use of pesticides
  • Good knowledge/qualification of Managing Irrigation Systems
  • Experience working on claybased ground and drainage systems around this
  • Knowledge/Skills Maintaining large fleet of Machinery

Wages - Salary expectations to be discussed


Working hours - Minimum 39 hours per week

Weekend Working
