We are currently looking for a dynamic intellectual property and online brand protection professional to join our growing online brand protection team.

This role is located in either London or Amsterdam.


In this role you will work closely with our clients to support their online brand protection strategy and enforce our clients' intellectual property rights (IPRs) on online platforms.

You will analyze large quantities of data, identify IPR infringements, and report them to the relevant platforms and third parties.


Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the use of clients' IPRs online to identify infringements
  • Manage client relationships, including support with online brand protection strategy, software training, enforcements and regular reporting
  • Communicate with platforms and ISPs to remove intellectual property infringements
  • Advise clients on the best practice to protect their brands online
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure desired client outcomes

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Good understanding of intellectual property law and online commerce
  • Prior work experience in intellectual property, online brand protection and clientfacing work
  • Customeroriented person who will go above and beyond for our clients to achieve their goals
  • Good prioritization and project management skills
  • Detailoriented, techsavvy problem solver
  • Excellent English skills, other languages an advantage
