We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in upselling or sales is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,593.52 per year
