Responsibilities:

Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the plate wash
Wash dishes, utensils, and other equipment
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Support the team by following instructions and completing tasks in a timely manner

Skills:

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication skills to effectively work with the culinary team
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required

Note:

Prior experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.

Training will be provided.

Salary:
Up to £21,570.00 per year
