Our client, a leading care home, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Care People and Culture Administrator to join their team.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home's human resources and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and relevant documentation. - Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks. - Assist with new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed. - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. - Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and time-off balances. - Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide administrative support for performance management processes. - Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company-wide events or activities to promote a positive work culture. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Administrator, People and Culture Administrator, or similar role. - Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee records and payroll. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software. - HR certification or relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Job Types:
