The Blackberry Clinic have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist to join our friendly team in our private clinic in Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes for 20hrs per week.

Ideally from a reception, administration or similar customer service background, you will be delivering a high-quality customer focused service to our patients as well as being able to deal efficiently with internal administrative matters.

The ability to multi-task, prioritise and be responsive to changing business requirements is essential.

Who are we:

The Blackberry Clinic group was established in 1988 and has 24 centres across the UK.

We are experts in treating acute and chronic back pain, muscle sprains, strains, arthritis and other joint conditions causing pain or discomfort.

We offer a full service for the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries for all levels of sports men and women and offer health screening and health assessment services in partnership with Bupa Health Clinics.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the effective coordination of the patients and patient administration within the clinic.
Company Administration.
Administration for Patient Records.
Answering the phone.
Meeting and greeting patients.

Required Experience:

High level of competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Confidence and ability to handle potentially difficult patient related situations.
To respect the need for patient confidentiality and always strive to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Desirable skills:

Some knowledge of CQC regulations within an independent clinic setting would be beneficial although full training will be provided.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
