One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Resident Service Associate based in the East London. This position is within the Build to rent sector and it is a high-end residential development. The Residents Service Associate is a vital member of the front of house team.

This role would be perfect for someone who has at least 2 years' experience within the property sector and ideally build to rent.

Your core duties will consist of:

Ensuring that excellent customer service is always provided in line with the company's reputation.
Encourage as well as supporting resident engagement, through planning events and activities that residents can attend.
Building superb relationships with external partners.
Conducting checkin and checkout of residents.
Handle daily enquiries from tenants and attempt to answer / solve these queries effectively.
Liaising with and book contractors as well as flagging up maintenance issues quickly to be fixed.
Keep updated with new Health and Safety regulations and implement changes as required

Bubbly personality
At least 2 years' experience in the property industry
A cando attitude
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Previous experience working in a customer facing role
Ability to multitask to complete a long todo list
