Purpose

Our Digital Learning Team are recruiting for an experienced eLearning developer. The team works with all areas of the firm - with Business Teams, Lawyers and our external clients.

We're a small team with expert skills in design, development and the deliveryof high quality, impactful solutions - including a range of learning programmes and bespoke digital solutions.

What we are looking for


The role of Digital Learning Advisor requires someone who is creative and collaborative, with a talent for building innovative digital and blended learning solutions.

You will have knowledge of and capability in a range of authoring tools and design software,allowing you to create and deliver solutions that are tailored to the audience.


This role will require you to work on a variety of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to agreed stakeholder expectations.

You can expect to meet and influence a broad range of stakeholders in the practice and business teams, including regularcontact with partners and heads of business teams.

Expectations of the role

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Extensive experience developing eLearning using Articulate Storyline
  • Experience developing animations for eLearning using Vyond
  • Additional learning technologies including interactive webinars, video and animation production, interactive PDFs.
  • Experience of attending creative meetings and design workshops
  • Experience of transforming storyboards into engaging learning experiences
  • Experience of working with stakeholders in a high performing culture
  • Strong project management skills
Experience required

  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an eLearning developer role.
  • Experience working within a corporate organisation or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Although the role does not require you to manage a learning management system (LMS), an understanding of how they work would be beneficial.
The Team

You will be welcomed into a globally diverse and friendly team of 3 individuals.

The team supports all offices in the development of eLearning assets which means the team works with a wide variety of stakeholders.

The team has strong links with other departments,notably Learning & Development, Knowledge Lawyers, Risk and Film & Media.

You will sit primarily as part of the wider Learning and Development Team, collectively delivering the firm's ambitious learning strategy.
