Human Resources Manager

London, NW2

£48,000 + Pension + Parking


A capable and focused Human Resources Manager is required to take control of HR function and provide support to senior management team.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing HR function and ensuring the smooth running across two Schools
  • Providing advice and guidance to Managers on all HR related employment matters
  • Managing absence and sickness monitoring and ensuring accurate personnel records are maintained
  • Providing legal advice on employment regulation, HR policies and staffing issues
  • Administering all contract and payroll changes for employees in liaison with Payroll Manager
  • Keeping up to date with employment law and ensuring compliance with HR matters
