An established Microsoft Gold Partner who has been in business for over 15 years is on the lookout for a new team member due to vast growth and client retention.

You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients


Your duties will include:

Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), technical research for client solutions, loggingand updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.

There are excellent opportunities for progression internally and you will be promoted in line with experience gained. They also pay for your certifications and a salary increase is provided per exam completion.
