About Resify360:
We are searching for a dedicated Working Foreman to oversee and participate in various construction and maintenance projects. This role combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, requiring you to manage projects and teams both on-site and virtually.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction and maintenance projects from the front, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of team members and subcontractors onsite.
• Monitor project progress and adjust work schedules as needed.
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and job estimations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or as a foreman.
• Strong handson skills in construction and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Experience with direct labor management and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in onsite work.
• Technical proficiency in reading and understanding construction documents and drawings.
• Flexibility to split time between onsite duties and virtual office responsibilities.
