Following a recent acquisition, we are experiencing a period of growth and require a vibrant hard working individual to assist with the recruitment and development of a new Finance Team.

Reporting directly to the Company Director, the role will involve full preparation and review of financial, budgetary and regulatory reporting.

• Reconciliation of all bank accounts, posting invoices to Xero etc
• Reconciliation of all Control Accounts
• Preparation and production of month end Journals
• Preparation and production of monthly Management Accounts for review with Director
• Communicate and liaise with stakeholders with regards to reporting management accounts
• Preparation and production of weekly payroll & associated journals
• Review and payment submission of staff pensions
• Preparation and production budget and forecast models
• Assist and liaise with required audits
• Asset Register review
• Preparation and production of all FCA reporting
• Preparation and production of quarterly CT61 Submissions
• Support Management with HR responsibilities
• Companies House Submissions
• Other ad hoc duties i.e special projects, R&D Claim, Insurance renewal

• Would suit newly qualified / qualified / QBE person with experience of audit, compliance and regulatory reporting. (CIMA/ACCA/AAT)
• Good working knowledge of Xero accounting system, but not essential.
• Experience of the Financial Services Industry.
• Experience in the preparation of accurate and timely reporting of both financial and nonfinancial information.
• Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel (including lookups, pivot tables etc).
• High degree of attention to detail with the ability to selfreview and error check to ensure accuracy.
• Organised and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work to deadlines
