Risk and Resilience Support Officer

Salary:
Band 4 (£27,598 - £30,019) per annum pro rata plus £1,591.56 High Secure Environmental Allowance per annum pro rata


Hours:
Permanent / Part time - 30 Hours per week (flexible working hours)


Post details:
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Risk and Resilience Support Officer. You will provide a key administrative as part of the risk management team.


For this post, you should have excellent administrative skills, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong sense of commitment to the ethos of the Hospital.

Applicants should also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to deal with highly confidential information in a mature and sensitive manner.

You will be working regularly with software packages such as Excel, Word, MS Teams, Datix, SSTS and PECOS.

You will regularly be gathering data to be presented in reports to various groups and committees, helping identifying trends and quality checking data.


Qualifications/

Experience:

If you have an HND or the equivalent experience within a risk management or health and safety administrative environment (or similar discipline) then we would like to hear from you.


It is essential that you can demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent administrative skills, and be able to balance demands and prioritise workloads.

Training on specific aspects of the job such as risk management, health and safety and Datix will be provided.
