Michelle Denny Recruitment are working alongside the wellestablished Bike and Scooter Insurance company Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. We are searching for an experienced Credit Controller to join their already busy team. Salary is £23,750.00pa working full time Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm and 10am 6pm.

Michelle Denny Recruitment are working alongside the wellestablished Bike and Scooter Insurance company Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. We are searching for an experienced Credit Controller to join their already busy team. Salary is £23,750.00pa working full time Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm and 10am 6pm.

Main duties will include:

Communicating with B2C customers regarding their policy direct debits Advising appropriately and setting up payment plans as necessary Taking payments Updating the system with amendments and conversation notes Liaising with debt management companies
Experience needed:

Experience within a similar role

Good numeracy and IT skills Steadfast, professional, friendly with empathetic communication skills The Diss office is bright, open and are known for their excellent training package. You will be greeted with a friendly and supportive team. The office has excellent transport links as it is located near to Diss train station.
