Accounts Senior

Location - Portsmouth

Salary:

Up to £40k (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified ACCA Accounts Senior to join a thriving accountancy practice in Portsmouth.

The firm is located in the heart of the city, and they provide a wide range of accounting and advisory services to a diverse clientele.

About the Role

Preparing accounts and tax returns
Producing management accounts
Producing monthly financial reports
Liaising with HMRC, Customs and Excise
Overseeing payroll processing
Managing a portfolio of clients,
Supervising junior staff
Ensuring the timely delivery of highquality accounting and advisory services.
Supporting clients through their business strategy
Providing expert advice on financial and taxation matters.

About You

Minimum of three years' experience in an accountancy practice,
ACCA qualified,
Confident advising clients on a wide range of financial and taxation matters.
Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP accounting, IFRS reporting, and taxation law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships, and be a team player.
You will have an eye for detail,
Able to work efficiently under pressure within tight deadlines,
Work both independently and as part of a team.
