LinkLife are excited to be working with a growing client based in High Wycombe who are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join their Customer Service team

Role:
Customer Service Assistant

Location:
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Salary:
£23,000 - £24,500

Contract:
Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday
10am - 6pm

Main Duties of Customer Service Assistant:

  • Providing first class customer service experience to all customers and clients
  • Check in with customers on a regular basis and build relationships
  • Take part in department meetings
  • Support other team members when required
  • Work towards targets set by line manager
  • Provide information to customers on products

Main Essentials of Customer Service Assistant:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong experience managing a high number of calls
  • Able to work under pressure with a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong multitask skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
