LinkLife are excited to be working with a growing client based in High Wycombe who are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join their Customer Service team
Role:
Customer Service Assistant
Location:
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary:
£23,000 - £24,500
Contract:
Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
- Monday to Friday

Main Duties of Customer Service Assistant:
- Providing first class customer service experience to all customers and clients
- Check in with customers on a regular basis and build relationships
- Take part in department meetings
- Support other team members when required
- Work towards targets set by line manager
- Provide information to customers on products
Main Essentials of Customer Service Assistant:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong experience managing a high number of calls
- Able to work under pressure with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong multitask skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
