Background
We have a new and exciting opportunity for two Adminstration Assistants to join the firms new Claimant Records team.
Our new claimant records team will handle all records requests for our Individual Services Division as a central administration function.
- Contact external sources regarding records requests
- Chasing record requests where necessary
- Monitoring the progress of all records requests
- Update client files and relevant database accordingly
- General administration
- Assist other departments in line with business needs when required
Required Experience/ Skills
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience and knowledge of medical records is desirable but not essential
