Senior Night Care Assistant

Location:
Vera James, Ely, CB6 1TA

Rate or Salary £11.75 per hour (from the 1st of April the rate will increase to £12.50 per hour), advance payments for training, industry recognised qualifications, flexible shifts

Full Time, 40 hours per week

What you will do as a Senior Night Care Assistant:

We are looking for passionate and hardworking senior carers to assist our residents to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life, maintaining their dignity and helping them to feel valued members of society.

You will be promoting independence, choice and inclusion.

The role includes supervising care staff, from the provision of support for day-to-day activities of daily living to full physical and psychological care for people at the end of their life.

You will also assist people to take their medication, develop and update care plans, lead a team of staff and work with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family.
